All promise but no delivery

So I ordered15 to 18 weeks of 100 layers of Lohmann Brown, 10 50kg bags of mash feeds and I box of 100 chicks of broilers through the company speaking to a lady who calls herself K Murray, cost added up together was R9380 transport fee included , but to receive the order I had to make a deposit of half the total price , and I did and sent them POP. this was Monday and since Tuesday the order is on the way , I'm in limpopo and they say they are based on free state , it has been excuse after excuse and the order is still not here and they are not refunding me.

How do I deal with such?
