PROTEA STAFF ALLOWED STRANGERS INTO MY ROOM TO *****

i went on a work trip to Takoradi Ghana and made my booking through the bonvoy site, a night before i checked out i came to the hotel only to find out that one of the staff had opened my room to people saying that they are my friends and some items belonging to me had dissapered, as i write this on the 31st of december 2019 nothing has been done about it.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOOSE ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY OR ITEMS DONT STAY AT A MARRIOTT.
