marques exponentielles never delivered, they're ****, they are doing online business

I bought two Golf Shirt from a company Marques Exponentielles which is an online shop they never delivered, despite the fact that I got a parcel tracking code or order number. This company by the name of Marques Exponentielles don't take calls, I phoned them on ***, emailed them on marque****** and also on info@marque***ponentielles.com they never responded no apologies, no phone calls, nothing. When I check the order number provided/sent by and reference number it alway says Marques Exponentielles

"Order #..... is awaiting fulfillment. If you have additional questions about your order, feel free to message us" this is for 5 days now. In their policy orders are recieved in 3 to 5 days. I am still awaiting for my order to be delivered.

They use Paygate to **** people, I also Wattsup them, they never reapply. Money was paid in full they never delivered.
