Tents per their website/FB are not what they deliver

These guys do not deliver what was ordered. Their delivered the wrong tent, which was also dirty and missing panels. When I advised them that the tent that was delivered was not what I had ordered and paid for (Chateau Block Out 9mx18m), they said it was. When I told them it doesn't even LOOK like the pictures, they said that I must have gotten the picture from the internet (Google search). I then sent them the pictures per THEIR WEBSITE and FB page to which there was no response.

I raised a negative review on their FB page, which they deleted and subsequently deactivated their Reviews page. They are not reputable, not professional, and deliver substandard incorrect tents.
