MPR Tents hire

On the 13/04/2018 I rented a Marque tent at MPR and I paid a deposit of 2000 and they promise to pay it back in 7 days time, 20 days I'm still waiting and every time I called them a lady by the name of Susan keep on telling she will find out from accounts department and come back to me , but she will never come back to me.
