Complain

This MCS Company is a ****, they have promised to assist me with debit review clearance. I have Identified some red flags about them an decided to request for cancelation, but they are refusing to do so. I have already lost more than R6000 so far, and they a still pushing to take More money from me. They don't want to refund my money. They don't communicate with clients, they don't have transparency.

I just want them to leave alone. I don't trust them anymore. The lady who told me at beginning that she is in charge of my process,is nowhere to be found. Not answering my calls anymore, because I was questioning her about their legitimacy and demanding some relevant proofs.
