Excellent work, on time, on budget.

We had Carlo and his team back after our initial changes about a year and a half ago to make some more changes for us. The work he did was absolutely first class. He does quote slightly longer timelines but does complete the work within those timelines. We have had experience with others who quote a short timeline then go way over, so we are very happy with under promise and over deliver which is what they did. He and his team were, again, free with advice, and completed the work to our great satisfaction. It is very useful to have a discussion with a contractor who listens to what you think you want and can then suggest an even better way fo doing it based on experience. I highly recommend Carlo and Marnick Construction, and we will get him in again, whenever we have more changes we need. Thank you.
