Bearing the brunt

I am still calling in contractors to fix and repair work that was done by Marnick construction. Around 2 years later I am still bearing the brunt of disgusting workmanship that Marnick Construction (Carlos Coetzee) undertook to do without completion. Areas that were finished I have had to redo with leaks, cracks and terrible short cut finishes. (I have an Engineers report and pictures that condemned the work he had done done). Fleeing the site and never returning with most of the money claimed left us destitute. With the start of winter and leaving open holes and unfinished areas my young family we suffered the devastation. Carlos had absolutely no compassion of consequence. Calling at his home to try and salvage the situation and him agreeing to come back and complete, fell on deaf ears. I would highly recommend that you avoid any building work or contract with Marnick Construction even though he seems to be very professional in the beginning and all the contracts seem to be convincing.
