Marnica Cakez disgrace!

Absolute worse service i have ever received.

I ordered a Mickey Mouse Cake for my son's 1st birthday which was on the 23rd of Feb 2019. I ordered the cake from Marnica Cakez, which she has a special of ordering the cake and getting a free smash cake and 24 cupcakes.

Upon delivery, her husband not only dropped our cake off at someone else, but he also broke it. He refused to take the cakes back even after we insisted. He then went on to lick his fingers trying to put the cake back together. After we told him we refuse to accept the cakes as both the main cake and the smash cake were broken. He then went on to swear at us. I called her demanding on our money back which she has 1000 excuses to do so, refusing to give our money back because we kept the cakes. He intentionally left the cakes there because he didn't want to give our money back. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend them to anyone at all!
