VERY late delivery, treating client like ******** child

<p>I got married on the 9th of April this year. Today is the 20th of June and I am yet to receive my photo's. The signed contract stated "please allow 30 days for photo's".</p> <p>It has been 72 days and I feel that I have been gracious and understanding. It has been promise upon promise since the 24th of May. When I finally put my foot down today the photographer, Marni became rude and aggressive and extremely insulting - even threatening me with legal action. I have NEVER been treated like this by ANYONE, let alone someone who is supposed to be a professional service provider. We have a free follow up shoot included in the package, but i have no interest in seeing this person again. I have requested that my wedding photo's etc be delivered to our receptionist so that I do not need to see her</p>
