Fast delivery "checked", amazing communication "checked", even on a Sunday. I asked a question on Facebook regarding the ETA of my order placed 3 days ago " this was on a Sunday". I received a reply within 5min. I was informed your order was processed and a tracking number was provided. The next day without asking, I receive feedback " your order will be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday, the order arrived first thing in the morning as promised. The Best part of this experience is, I felt I was important and my order was important to them.
