Sunset Drive that never happened

My husband and I had a very bad experience. We were on our honeymoon when I decided to book and pay for a Marloth Park Sunset Drive through Marloth Park Things to Do. We booked the Drive for a Wednesday evening and as they specified they would pick us up at 16:00pm . We received confirmation and everything. Eager and excited we were waiting by the road side at 15:45 already only to wait for almost a whole hour before we decided to give up on waiting and go back to the B&B where we stayed. During the time when we were waiting we tried phoning and to whatsapp only for no one to answer our call or text. The next morning I emailed them and explained the situation and asking for a refund, their response was "the guide did not get the correspondence from us" - which I think is pathetic excuse. I also received an email from them trying to get out of refunding me, accusing me of never sending the pick up address when in fact I sent it twice on email so I have the proof. Not only have I not received my refund, they are now ignoring my emails. Please be careful when booking activities with Marloth Park Things To Do
