<p>I booked a holiday with marlothpark.com at tarentaal cottage for 4 nights.</p> <p>I paid R2500.</p> <p>Due to my wife being not well, we were forced to cancel way in advance and we asked for a refund.</p> <p>We were promised a refund once our booked dates were resold.</p> <p>The dates were resold and we never yet receive our refund of R2500.</p> <p>Despite numerous phonecalls, emails , smses and whatsapps promising our refund, We are now blocked by ********** and none of our correspondences are ever rep**** to. </p> <p>There is only one contact number for them which is ********** 972. Our calls are now blocked to this number.</p> <p>Unfortunately it seems as we have been ********** by an ************ operator.</p> <p>These guys also advertise on groupon.</p> <p>If refunding me was not possible, why did marloth park just not give me a voucher for another date as they 1st suggested?</p> <p>Why ignore all my correspendences and block of all contact from me?</p> <p>This smacks of *****ery and deceit.</p>
