NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS WHATSOEVER

I bought a voucher from Marloth park, but due to circumstances we were unable to make use of the voucher, and due to security concerns. I requested a refund but was informed that I can only extend it. Yet again we will not be able to make use it. I received an email informing that they only have limited vouchers available. I need to decide whether I would like to use it or not. I send them several emails but do not receive any response. <br> .
