No communication... Dirty Establishment

<p>We stayed at Tarentaal Cottage from 10 - 12 May 2016. We took guests with us from the UK and were horrified when we arrived there. It looked/smelled revolting. Dirty!!!! I was so embarrassed that we had taken our guests there. So embarrassed that we refunded them the money for their stay. Sent an email with my list of complaints and am yet to hear anything. Have been emailing about the refund of our deposit and never get a reply. When I call and the phone gets answered I get told they will get back to me and I am still waiting. If my call does not get answered, no one bothers to return calls... </p> <p>They happy to take your money when you make the bookings but ignore you when you have complaints and when it's time to pay back the deposit. </p> <p>Main room with double bed - hair on the pillow cases and in the bed. Looked as if someone had been lying in the bed. </p> <p>Other rooms - dirty bedding, 1 room door handle on with 1 *****. </p> <p>Pots and plates - so dirty</p> <p>Shower- hair in the plug hole, when you shower, even though the door is closed water runs out and into the living room. Mould on the silicone around the shower. Towels stank.</p> <p>Swimming pool - empty</p> <p>Deck - no stairs </p> <p> </p>
