I am experiencing exactly the same treatment as other people who are complianing, they never answer the phone or emails. I have been a member since 2011-09. Now I cannot even view my savings pocket and make bookings, when trying to contact that cell number they have on the email link for login they never answer it. Email sent to ********** are also never responded to, I want to cancel my subscription but cannot. Recently they have started to double deduct the debit order.
