Key deposit refund

We stayed in Sable inn in Marlothpark.com where booking was made. We where ther 1 to 7 Oct and i requested my key deposit as off the week after. Only on the 30th of Oct i reseived the link to refund. Completed i was told 5 to 7 work days. Now on 20 Nov still no refund and response from Marlothpark.com
