Shocking Service
Poor service. Lack of communication. Marloth Park Things To Do never notified the Lodge of our reservation nor payment for our Elephant interaction. Never received any welcome drinks, which we paid for. I emailed them directly at *** za and 3 days later still no response

Thew notification sent to the lodge is automated and logged in a database. After checking and confirming that this was done we inquired at the lodge id they indeed did not receive the notifications. They indicated that they did and it could possible have been delayed by poor network connection at the lodge. Please confirm that the matter was dealt with after your situation came to light
