I want my refund (Quote number ***/ACT)

I booked and paid for a Sunset Safari at Phabeni Gate for three people for 30/04/2022. The day before the Safari I called for a confirmation email and it was not provided but they confirmed that they received my payment. They said they will send confirmation of the booking. On the day of the safari we drove off to Phabeni Gate when we got there the rangers requested the confirmation of my booking. We called (0)76 *** and requested the confirmation again. We were now informed that no booking was made for us. The man that I spoke to confirmed that refund will be made the next day. Ever since i have been calling to follow up on my refund and nothing is happening. Yesterday, the promised to call me today by 12pm no one called back and no one is picking phone.

Hi Guys We regret that you were under the impression that your booking was confirmed as no confirmation letter was sent out due to the land line of Phambeni being out of order for some time. We have double checked that the refund was indeed made and requested the bank to resend the proof of payment this time via Email. Please be so kind as to revert to this Email when you are able to confirm that you were refunded in full.

Hi  Ofentse  Please note that the terms and conditions of the Phabeni booking states that you need to be a minimum of four people to confirm the booking? Please confirm that you have received a full refund.
