UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

<p>Marlin Pool Services was called to do a leak detection test, because my pool was leaking water. I asked the owner whether he could do that and he said yes. It was later exposed that they do not even have the kit to do it. They go through a process of elimination, which cost me a lot of money, with no result! That is what I wanted to avoid. The owner seems to have knowledge about the cleaning of a pool and that seems to be his knowledge base. He took no responsibility for the fact that he misrepresented himself and his business. Do not use this company for anything more complex than cleaning services.</p>
