Marlin Pool Service - what you would hope for !!!

Highly recommend!!! Not only the service but the manner in which it was delivered !

I contacted 3 different pool service companies for an issue with my pump via their reccomended contact method.

Not only was Marlin Pool Services the first to respond within 24 hrs ( 1 didn't even respond ) but did so in a professional and courteous manner with options on when to investigate the issue.

They "scoped" the issue at a time between loadshedding and at our convenience with no charge or call out fee. The issue was qualified , communicated to me in very clear detail with a fixed price quotation which was performed 3 days later with photographic evidence.

I made sure I paid before the job as we all know cash flow is king for a small business BUT it was not insisted upon by them.
