Misleading clients

I send a request for a quotation on the 19th of June and no one responded in my email I sent a picture of what I needed no one rep**** I eventually went to the offices of Marley and requested assistance when there the lady Welma assisted me we checked the picture I sent on her computer from my email and she said the colors are terra-cotta,Amber and brown I told her it’s Amber, terra cotta and grey Slate she insisted she knows what’s the colors which I trusted her only to find out she doesn’t she clearly is color blind because grey from brown is far off customers please be very careful when buying from Marley roofing they mislead customers they now want me to pay again because of an error they made I refuse I’m taking the matter further with my attorneys
