Marley Roofing provides revolting customer service

My husband purchased roof tiles from Marley Roofing in Olifantdfontein. The agreement between the supplier in question, and their customers, is that, all broken tiles will be exchanged at no extra charge. The supplier went against their word. My husband was refused new tiles upon request. The manager did not even have the decency to come and explain to him what the problem was. Instead, he sent floor staff who could not state a valid reason for the decline.

I contacted the supplier on Monday 23rd November 2020. I was told to speak to a Minah who deals with customer complaints- I left several messages for her. To date, I have not had a response from her. Another call was made on the 24th, once again, she could could not take my call. I finally got through to her midday on the 25th November 2020 and she was extremely unpleasant. I was told by her, to go ahead and take the matter further if I wanted to. I feel that their customer service is below rock bottom! They failed to meet customer needs. They claim that they have been in business for over 65years. They should know that it is easier and cost-effective to maintain repeat customers, than finding new ones. Bad customer service drives customers away!!!!
