Delivery of broken tiles

I am still awaiting feedback from Marley regarding the quality control tests of the roof tiles I purchased a couple of months back as well as the collection of the broken tiles. At the time I had ordered around 5300 roof tiles, of which the dropped one pallete on my palisade fence damaging the fence and destroying all the tiles, as well as crushing the corners of in the region of 600 tiles with the crane as they were off loading them. The logistic manager Leon, was very helpful and came to verify the damage and sent replacement tiles. I requested that once I complete the work that they would collect the broken tiles, which he agreed to.It has been almost 2 months since he promised to collect the tiles in the same week, after reminder emails and phone calls, I still have the broken tiles in my front yard. I have also requested the tiles be tested for quality control too, but have had no resonse to that either, my concern is that tiles should not crack and break under my feet every time you walk on the roof.
