UTTER DISGUSTED AT SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT ARROGANCE

As a coordinator you do not argue with a guest of the bridal party, and your barman sure as hell does not either, Arrogant barman, just the shortish one - the other one was the life of the party behind the bar, helpful, friendly, accommodating. Canapes, starter and dessert I would say 5 out of 5 however where it came to main course, i am sorry, but as a novice chef, i could make a better lamb shank that didn't look like it was a boiled piece of meat. It had ABSOLUTELY no taste apart from the fact that you could physically see that it was boiled, not an inch of that meat was scorched to brown it or grilled after slow roasted (supposedly) What they served as tasters to the bridal couple a couple of months ago ( Pic below ) and what was presented is far from each other, Lamb shanks had absolutely no gravy/sauce on it, the food was cold. I will update this post with a pic of the actual main meal in due course. If you running an establishment where alcohol is being served, it is logical and hygienic to ensure that the restrooms are checked periodically and CLEANED!!!! The restrooms around 9 pm was absolutely atrocious. You expect x amount of people - in this case approximately 115, and you have 2 barmen on duty all night, one of them disappeared for an hour, leaving the bar with one barman, just after the starters were served???? It is obvious everyone will make their way to the bar. It took an average of 45 mins to get a drink, and at the end of the evening I had to wait over an hour for my bill. An utter disappointment for a couples special day that will forever be on their photos, videos and sure as hell on my mind, DISGRACEFUL!!!!!

I will not recommend this place at all, overpriced, coordinators with serious chip on her shoulder. If this site had the option of a Zero star, I would give it that.
