STOP GIVING US POOR QUALITY CIGARETTES

The cigarettes are getting worse by the pack. I bought a box from Pick and pay and all of them were basically empty and dry.

Bought a new pack because that one was disgusting and this one tastes dry like the ice ***** have all dried.

What is going on??
