Not what I paid for

<p>I bought a packet of Marlboro beyond (Red) and for the 2nd time, one of the cigarettes did not have the ice ball. This is not acceptable. Cigarettes are not cheap and to buy a packet and not get what you are paying for is disappointing. The first time this happened, I decided to let it go as I felt that this was a one time thing but to have it happen twice means that it is now an issue. I do not accept this. Very unhappy.</p>
