Menthol? You mean "what Menthol"?

I bought a whole carton of Marlboro Red Beyond. I am a constant consumer of this product and I especially enjoy the menthol flavour provided by popping the menthol ball. I was thus very surprised when I have smoked THREE out of one packet that DID NOT have the ball inside. Seeing as I'm used to the refreshing deliciousness of the menthol taste I was horrified when my LAST CIGARETTE LEFT IN MY PACKET THAT I TOOK TO WORK DID NOT HAVE THE MENTHOL BALL. As a citizen that deals with constant stress, this is unnecessary stress that I did not deserve. Please FIX THIS Marlboro. You are my favourite brand and I do not want to leave you. Thank you.
