Marlboro Blue Ice Cigarette Complaint

I bought a carton of Marlboro Blue Ice and opened one of the boxes to notice that one of the cigarettes did not even contain an ice ball inside the filter at all! I only smoke Marlboro Blue Ice and have also noticed very often that many of the ice ***** are already popped when opening a brand new packet. This makes the cigarette taste unpleasant and to think that these are supposed to be class A cigarettes. I spend a lot of money and support Marlboro Blue Ice constantly, but this is unacceptable!
