Marlboro Beyond Red Cigarettes poor quality

Do you even have a customer service centre? It is impossible to get hold of anyone. I have had numerous problems with the brand I’m currently smoking Marlboro Beyond Red. I’ve tried calling on several occasions and I can never get through to anyone. Either the tobacco in the cigarette is loose or when inhaling the cigarette through the filter you get pieces of tobacco in your mouth or the ball doesn’t pop or their is no ball in the filter!!! Please do something about this. It doesn’t happen with every packet I buy but atleast 1 in 10 packets and I buy a packet every day.

Reading other people’s complaints and it seems that their is no response from Marlboro on Hello Peter as well. Do they just not care about their customers and the quality of their product anymore.
