Marlboro Beyond duds

I have been smoking Marlboro for about 5 years now, one of the best cigarettes' I can smoke. For the last month buying Marlboro beyond Red I find that at least 2 or 3 cigarettes per pack is a dud. The menthol ball is in the filter but is already broken and has no taste what so ever. I do not smoke Marlboro if it does not have the mint/menthol taste. I am extremely disappointed in the quality for a long period now. A pack of 20 means I only get 17 or 18 cigarettes if I am lucky. What is going on with the quality check in manufacturing?
