Marlboro Beyond Blue - NO ICE BALL

I have always enjoyed the Marlboro Brand, from smoking the original menthol cigarette. However lately, I have been disappointed on countless occasions. While trying to enjoy a cigarette especially after a meal, to my surprise there was no Ice Ball in the Marlboro Blue Beyond (this is not the first time!!!!!) This defeats the purpose of purchasing this brand of cigarette?! Why would I purchase a cigarette that gives one the option of "activating the ice ball", but then there is no ice ball to activate??

I only smoke menthol cigarettes, so to me lighting a Marlboro and then trying to pop the ice ball, which is non existing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
