Cigarette with only the filter part

Good day<br> <br> Trust all is well<br> <br> I found a cigarette in my packet of 20 Marlboro Gold Beyond, it has no Tobacco side, it only has a filter, could i please get and South African Number to dial and launch a complaint or can i get an email address to email my complaint to, please i need feedback within 24 hours.<br> <br> Thank you<br> Kind regards<br> Sharon-Lee
