8/20 cigarettes thrown away

Good day.

I am a regular smoker of Marlboro Gold Beyond.

I have had a constant issue with the Ice Ball in the cigarette already being broken. With the Ice Ball being broken it leaves the cigarette with absolutely no "ice" taste as well as the actually tobacco tastes stale/old/disgusting.

My most recent packet has product number of SF ********** 7 and 8 out of the 20 cigarettes were not smokable because of the taste and the already broken Ice Ball.
