Markvest Aircon & General Maintenance worst for Service

I requested a quote from Markvest Aircon & General Maintenance to install 2 Air-cons and accepted the quote and paid for them in full. Arrangements were made to install on Saturday 17th of November 2018 and the team arrived on site after 4 hours of waiting. The unit before being installed I requested that the Compressor unit be installed outside and not in my Garage to which I was told whilst cutting the copper pipe that they are unable to it as the copper pipe is too short, the length would have been perfect if he had not cut the pipe in the first place. I requested they come back another day and install the compressor unit outside as agreed now it has been phone call after phone call that is unanswered then messages on Whatsapp to say that he will come out but must pay R700 if done on Tuesday else R500 if done on Wednesday. Also too stingy to phone and if they do call rings once and cuts the call. It’s now Thursday 12 days later the 29th of November and still a no show. I called him and requested that he completes the task in question but end of Business today or else I will be reporting to hellopeter.com. Now the request is to come on Monday the 3rd of December. Unprofessional and ****py service. I will spread the word about this bad service and make sure no new or existing Business will be forthcoming their way. I was given the still have not assurance that they will arrive on Friday 30 Nov to move the Compressor unit from Garage to the outside wall still after numerous calls they have not arrived.
