Pathetic Service Received

We purchased 2xTurbine Roof Whirly & 9xTurbine Jets on 31/10/2014. We advised the co. that we will be re-doing our ceilings and would like to install the whirly's once the ceilings were completed, to which they agreed was fine. In Feb we contacted them to install and have been getting the run around since then to date. On 25th May the Manager Richard checked his diary and gave us a booking for installation 5th June 9am. After waiting the entire day no one pitched. A guy buy the name of Rajan from Sales called at 3.30pm and advised us that the guy who does the installation ran away and cannot be traced. 8th June we contacted Richard the Manager who advised us the guy who does the installation was sick. When questioned about the lies, Richard became very defensive and refused to communicate further, Richard advised us that they only have 1 installer on site and there isn't anyone else that can assist. Between Richard and Rajan they were unable to be truthful. There is no such thing as customer service with them. I would not recommend anyone to use them. We have since returned the goods and are awaiting a refund.
