Faulty car
I bought a bmw x1 at the end of March 2017 from markon motors, when they sold the car to me I was told it was in good condition. Just after a week the hooter stopped working and I advised them about it, the told me to come back and they got it sorted out, I realised that the back wipe wasn't working and again I called and they advised I should bring the car back so that they can get it fixed. A month later the brake light indicator went on and I was told my disks are damaged and needed to be replaced. I advised them and was told there's nothing that they can do as the previous owner would not fix the issues. I asked when last the car was serviced or rather I asked if the car was services before it was sold to me, I did not get a response and when I checked on the side of the car, I realised it was last services in May 2016. It's been more than a year (shocking). It's been less than 6months and now the car has funny sounds, I went to get the car checked and was told the cv joint is damaged, the back disks needs to be replaced. I called to find out whether they have a warranty in this car and to date I have not been given feedback. Francina is very difficult to work with as I need to deal with her regarding the car. Martin assisted me with the process of the car and everytime I call to ask what is happening I'm always referred to Francina who is very inefficient. I do not understand how I could have a car for such a short period of time and all these issues where never decalared to me, I was never told that im buying a damaged car. I am a very unhappy client and what's sad is that this is not the first car that i am buying from markon motors. I am a very dissatisfied client and actually do not want this car anymore and want all monies paid to be returned to me. This is absolutely horrific service and I surely will never refer anyone to markon motors again.
Regards Very disappointed customer
