Exceptional Service

We often share our bad experiences but forget about the good service we receive. Today I'm proudly taking time in my busy schedule to commend what this Dealership did. We purchased a vehicle with them on the 18th of March Hyundai i30, 2nd hand vehicle in a very good condition. However after the vehicle left the dealership we experienced a very funny sound coming underneath. We called and informed them about this, the took it back and fixed it without any hustle. Days later we noticed something else, we notified them and that was fixed. 3rd time again we experience same fault, they took it back still to have it fixed. All this time when the vehicle was not in our possession, they gave us courtesy car to use. I must say that exceeded our expectation, everytime we had a problem they attended to us promptly so without complain. Such dealerships are rare finds, hence I'm sharing my experience. There were people who were assisted by the personnel of Markon Motors to ensure that they get what they want, they actually out of their way to offers solutions for any problem that one may encounter.
