Defective motor vehicle

Kindly know that on the 12/10/2016 I bought a polo Vivo 1.3 at Springs Markon motors dealership. I was informed that the vehicle was in good condition and roadworthy. The same day when collecting the vehicle i heard a very bad noise coming from front left wheel. I was driving on N12 road. I stopped and inform sales consultant about the problem of the vehicle. He said I must bring it back the following day and i did.. what surprised me was Marko motors refused to attend the problem and said is not their problem. I take the matter to Miosa but I did get help, I them report the matter to scorpion legal protection and Legal wise both rejected my complain and fail to help me. I also reported the matter to National Consumer Commission for assistance also rejected my request. Iastly I reported the matter to banking ombudsman of South Africa but didn't get help. All were partially on the matter.

Can you please help me to return this vehicle to the dealership, cancel the contract and pay back my money with interest. The vehicle is with me after scorpion legal protection advice me to keep it for not accummulating storage fees.
