YES, yes....A model for other businesses

This store is undoubtedly the best Markhams I have been into...in fact the best store in Gateway...although I must say service in Gateway is generally good.

I bought a mobile phone, I was not happy....and the staff were overly helpful and I got another with no fuss and bother. When I bought the phone staff were so friendly and engaging chatting and carrying out their work at the same time.

When shopping in this store, you are always assisted...assistance is never far away..and it is done with a SMILE.

I complimented the Manageress who is definitely hands on but this service deserves this platform. A thumbs up to all the staff at Gateway....to all.

I shop there now....travel from Glenwood to Umhlanga for that service...and spend too much cash there....but well worth the effort of getting there.
