Worst Customer Service

Dear Markham Somerset Mall Management. I visited your store today and I really regret my desicion. Your staff requires alot of training. The customer service is non existent. Purchased shoes. Sulaiman was the sales person. Had a grey hoody on. Does not look professional. I get it, it was raining but still. How can I as a customer tell that he works there? I had to ask him for assistance. Got home... Size 10 in a size 6 box. Had to go all the way back to the mall. Ashlynne was the cashier. She was unorganized and not very sympathetic. Her attitude was as though she was doing me a favor. Markham had such a good reputation but over all this was a huge disappointment. I won't be returning any time soon.
