Worst and Painful ever experience of my life! Mistreated by Manager!

On the 21st December 2018 , I visisted markhams in cape town golden acre , t buy myself a wrisk watch. I happen to have a relative working for MKM , because of the urgency that compelled my visit , I woke up and took her MKM staff tshirt from the wardrope without noticing .

Fastfpward. (Scene1) I get to the store and move straight to pick a watch , hoping to quickly leave the store and return back home. while i standing looking at the watch , a lady approaches me , she did not look so happy by virtue of her facial expression, she gets here , very , she does not greet me and begins interrogating me , "Where do you work?" and "Why do you come with a markham staff t shirt here in the store?" , the rude approach she presented to and the amount of speed she could not allow me to respond , made very fraustrated and extremely disrespect as a customer. I could not even go to those questions , i had to stop her from speaking to me like that , instead i had an ugly argument trying to ask her not to speak to me like that.

(Scene2) , she calls me around the corner because she realizes that its unfair on the other customer to argue and shout at each other infront of them(I assume) . When we get there , here am i thinking that she will calm the situation down like how all managers di. she begins again shouting at me and asking interrogative question , more rude this tome . i got rude back , standing there in front of him , thinking this is the most embarrassing and disrespectful i have ever had in the history of me shopping at MKM. anyway i told her i am not answering any of her question because she was very rude to me. she then commanded that i must leave the store and that she will call security to escort me , i told her not to bother , i will kindly get out of the store, as i go outside she demands that the security removes me in front of the store. (How typical!)

(Scene3) Here a I trying to call my sister to check what the process is in terms of their staff t shirts , because had i knew the t shirt was going to be problem would not even have worn it , pity i have worn it many times in other MKM store. Then the same lady who claims to be the manager of the store , whose name i have researched to be Linda Samuels comes out of the store and attempts to take picture of me with her smartphone , claiming that she wants to find out where am working , mind you , that is done with my permission. I tried to stop her , then she went to threaten the security guard , that if the guard does not remove me in front of the store she will call the guard's manager. The guard felt very undermined and decided to call the manager himself because of this disrespectful act by this women representing markhams.

(Scene4) While i was standing in front of the store and waiting for my sister to pick up as she was on duty and could not pick up the call the lady comes out again and attempts to take a picture of me lucky enough three guards had just arrived in the scene , the initial guard and his colleague as well as the manager by the second name Mr Jacobs. Mr Jacobs tried to calm the situation and listened to both stories, upon which i was not aware of the process at MKM as i have never worked there before all i ever wanted was to buy a wrist watch and leave. Then Mr Jacobs tries to explain to Linda Samuels that only want to buy my watch and leave. Well she agreed subject to the fact that she will stand next to me when i do this transaction (Am I a ********?) such brutal dehumanization of a customer , and that appeared to be the conclusion. But no it got worse! While preparing to get to the store two staff members , male colours , jump in the scene and begin to interrogate me. What the hell????? I got very angry i told them as well "I am not going to answer that!!" , then Linda Samuels left the seen immediately and told the security that i must not be allowed to buy in that store.

Very disturbed , very embarrassed , and extremely angry at this painful experience , i moved further to the next MKM store , upon which i could not find the watch , because the store was to small. I was very hurt having to travel all the way home to be disrespected and be treated like such an animal and treated like a ******** or ***** in front of all those customers and everybody who visited the centre. all because of a tshirt i am wearing and a heartless women who calls herself w manager.

As a person who has worked in finance with direct contact to customers and as a person who is in the legal fraternity i am ready to use all possible avenues and escalated this to the highest possible level , I will never in my life or anywhere else be made to feel so inferior .

I hope the necessary authorities above her within the MKM chain of command , will revert back to me.
