What a ridiculous system

I have had so many problems with them in recent months its ridiclous from ring resizing quotes being different to actual price to difficulty redeeming vouchers and un helpful call centre staff. My premium per month has been over R1000 for as long as i can remember and most recently i think its almost R1800 and you know what they gonna lose me as a client going forward im done they are not helpful even when the problems are only their faukt not mine Useless people have no consideration of time money or inconvenience they cause their customers
