Waiting for cell phone to be replaced

I bought a Cell phone during December 2016 at Markham in Malmesbury. On 27th August 2017 I took the phone back to the store for it to be repaired ( Ref ********** ********** 3). The person at the store informed me that it will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for the phone to come back from the repair centre. After 3 weeks I went back to the store where I was informed that the phone can’t be repaired and that the phone will be replaced. The store agent inform me that I can come back after a week to enquire. I told him that I will come after 2 weeks just to play safe. After 2 weeks I went back to the store where the store agent inform me that they are waiting for stock and he can’t tell me how long it will take.

I feel as a loyal customer that it is unfair towards me that no indication can be given to me as when will I receive my cell phone.

In the meantime i’m being inconvenience by staff of Markham as to when the phone will be replaced and delivered.
