Very very very Poor customer servicr

The manager at this Markham Sam Ntuli Mall the one that is currently in duty doesn't have people's skills.. She gave me attitude very early in the morning I was the first customer to walk in... I greeted she didn't greet back... I ask if I can exchange a belt as the one my wife bought is too big, but I forgot the slip I only have the card slip she refused to exchange... Not refund exchange and then left me standing there alone and carried to switch on the radio.... She lack people's skills and I wonder how she is still employed to deal with people.
