very unpleasant customer

i ordered a pair of shoes online and was sent an sms to go collect them and I went twice to the Markham store in Vaal Mall and was advised that my parcel hasn't been delivered yet at the store. So what i am now kindly asking for is for my parcel to be delivered at my residential address as I am not prepared to go to the store for the third time.
