Very Unhelpful

I bought a Guess jeans on Saturday at the Blue Route mall branch in Tokai only to find out at home that it was a bit too big, size 34. On Thursday 15 October 2015 I called Foshini Groups head office to find out if I can change the jeans at the Canal Walk branch because Tokai did not have a smaller size 32. They said I could but when I went to the Canal Walk branch, the manager would not give me a 32 in the same Guess Jeans.
