Very Poor Service & Unreliable

Hi<br> <br> I am very disappointed by MARKHAM.<br> <br> I reopened my account with them, requested them NOT to include things like competition and charities anymore and they agreed. Few days after, I received the Charity Circle letter and I contacted them but they denied including it again. An email was sent on the 8th of Oct, no one rep****. Numerous attempts have been made to get this sorted to no avail and I do not intend to pay for what was requested to be cancelled beside my clothing account.<br> <br> This is the face of Markham, they are very unreliable.<br> <br> Regards<br> Victor
