Very Poor customer service

I am very disappointed with your online shopping. First my order was being cancelled more that 3 time until I called on Monday. When the shoe arrived on Wednesday the box was written size 6 but inside it was size 9. I need to use this shoe on Friday and I’m told there is no exchange online but I can take it to another shop. Do you think I would go online if there was a shoe I like at the shops?? So unhelpful agents.
