Very Bad Customer Service !!!

I have been a loyal customer for around 2 years , been paying on time and sometimes more than the required amount <br> <br> Last month i made a part payment because i have a low balance <br> <br> A few weeks after i got a sms so i called in and the customer service agent told me that my account was fine and she picked up the part payment <br> <br> She also confirmed that i should not have gotten the sms <br> <br> After some time i get more sms's and e-mails harassing for the payment <br> <br> This is terrible customer service <br> <br> As a result of this i will be closing all my accounts with the Foschini Group <br> <br> Please contact me via e-mail during the day as i am based on the road during the day<br>
